Community Manager – B2B Communications Lead

Within a company specialising in industrial grinding and recycling, you will manage all digital communications and contribute to building Euro Broyage's brand awareness among a B2B audience: industrial operators, engineering firms, local authorities and recycling stakeholders.

Your missions

  • 1Define and deploy the digital communication strategy (LinkedIn, website, newsletters) tailored to our B2B industrial audience.
  • 2Create technical and compelling content: case studies, field reports, machine presentations, installation videos.
  • 3Manage our professional social media channels and grow our community among industrial decision-makers.
  • 4Manage and enhance the website (news, blog, SEO) in collaboration with the technical team.
  • 5Design marketing materials (brochures, product sheets, sales presentations) for trade shows and client meetings.
  • 6Lead competitive and industry intelligence to identify trends and communication opportunities.

Required profile

  • Degree in communications, digital marketing or equivalent (Bachelor's to Master's).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B communications, ideally in an industrial or technical environment.
  • Excellent command of professional social media (LinkedIn in particular) and content creation tools.
  • Ability to simplify technical topics and produce engaging content for a professional audience.
  • Autonomous, rigorous and proactive. Comfortable in an agile structure where versatility means impact.
